Description

The GDPR Pass course provides an introduction to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into force on 25th May 2018. The course aims to raise staff awareness of GDPR by outlining the core GDPR principles, individual data protection rights, the key roles and responsibilities of data controllers and processors, and so on.

Within the GDPR official text (re. Article 39), organisations need to ensure awareness-raising and training takes place for all staff who process personal data. Prices and payment (Where Applicable)

Your (the user) order is an offer to purchase access to online course content from 20FIFTY Partners. Access to online course content will be made available to you once your payment has been authorised. There will be no contract of any kind between you and 20FIFTY Partners unless and until you make authorised payment for access to one or more online courses. At any point up until then, 20FIFTY Partners may decline to supply access to the online courses to you (the user) without giving any reason. The fee for access to the online courses is calculated and payable in advance of the course start date as set out on the 20FIFTY Partners learning environment. 20FIFTY Partners shall be under no obligation to provide access to online courses until the fee has been paid.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of 20FIFTY Partners.
